النائب واعمر : تدبير المحجوزات يطرح تحديات كبيرة تستدعي التفكير في طرق عقلانية لتدبيرها بشكل أمثل

أكد النائب البرلماني عبد الرحيم واعمر، أن تدبير المحجوزات يطرح تحديات كبيرة الأمر الذي يستدعي التفكير في طرق عقلانية لتدبيرها بشكل أمثل، مشيدا بالجهود المتواصلة التي تبذلها وزارة العدل في إطار الإصلاح والتطوير، وخصوصا على المستوى التشريعي وتوفير الإمكانات البشرية والمادية اللازمة للنهوض بقطاع استراتيجي كقطاع العدل.

وتطرق النائب البرلماني في مداخلة وجهها لوزير العدل، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 8 يوليوز 2024، لموضوع المحجوزات بصفة عامة والمحجوزات المرتبطة بارتكاب بعض الجرائم بصفة خاصة، مشيرا إلى أن البرلمان بصدد مراجعة قانون المسطرة المدنية، مشيدا في الآن ذاته بتوجه الوزارة بخصوص إعادة النظر في حكامة الإجراءات المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع، وكذلك من خلال إحداث مؤسسة أو مؤسسات يناط بها تدبير المحجوزات بما يضمن حقوق كافة الأطراف
