النقابة الوطنية للثقافة تكشف عن عزم الوزير المهدي بنسعيد إعادة النظر في التنظيم الهيكلي لمصالح الوزارة

كشفت النقابة الوطنية للثقافة عن وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل، محمد المهدي بنسعيد، عزمه الشروع في دراسة مطلب إعادة النظر في التنظيم الهيكلي للمصالح اللاممركزة وملاءمتها مع استراتيجية عمل الوزارة وما تقتضيه القوانين التنظيمية للهياكل الإدارية في إطار الجهوية المتقدمة.

جاء ذلك في بلاغ للنقابة عقب اجتماعها، أمس الأربعاء 24 نونبر 2021، مع السيد الوزير.

الاجتماع يندرج في إطار سلسلة من اللقاءات التواصلية التي تنظمها الوزارة مع ممثلي المركزيات النقابية، والذي أشارت فيه إلى أن الوزير سيشرع في تهيئ دورات الحوار الاجتماعي القطاعي وفق جدولة زمنية مضبوطة.

وأضاف البلاغ أن الوزير بنسعيد أكد ضرورة العمل على تعزيز اللاتمركز الإداري وتقوية الجهوية كمنهجية في تدبير شؤون القطاع من خلال رصد اعتمادات مالية مهمة للمديريات الجهوية والمديريات الإقليمية والمؤسسات الثقافية؛ وذلك من خلال البحث على الدعومات والشراكات وطنيا ودوليا من أجل التنمية الاقتصادية عامة والثقافية خاصة، وفق تعبير المصدر، مسترسلا (البلاغ) أن الوزير شدد أيضا على أهمية إعادة النظر في السياسة الثقافية المتبعة في التراث الثقافي المادي واللامادي والفنون والكتاب والتعليم الفني، في اتجاه وضع استراتيجية متكاملة للنهوض بالقطاع.

كما أوضح البلاغ أن الوزير بنسعيد تعهّد بإعادة النظر في صيغة قرارات إعفاء مناضلي النقابة، ورد الاعتبار لهم، فضلا عن عزمه تطوير خدمات جمعية الأعمال الاجتماعية مع إمكانية انصهار جمعيات القطاعات الثلاث المكونة للوزارة في أفق إحداث مؤسسة الأعمال الاجتماعية.
