الوزيران محمد المهدي بنسعيد وصلاح بنغانم العلي يوقعان اتفاقيات تعاون بين المملكة المغربية ودولة قطر في مجالي الشباب والثقافة 

وقعت؛ المملكة المغربية ودولة قطر على البرنامج التنفيذي الخامس لاتفاق التعاون الثقافي الفني للسنوات (2022 – 2025)، والبرنامج التنفيذي الثالث في مجال الشباب للسنوات (2023- 2024)، وذلك على هامش انعقاد أعمال الدورة الثامنة للجنة العليا المشتركة القطرية المغربية.

ووقع البرنامج التنفيذي الثالث في مجال الشباب كل من وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل، محمد المهدي بنسعيد؛ ووزير الشباب والرياضة القطري، صلاح بن غانم العلي؛ فيما جرى التوقيع على البرنامج التنفيذي الخامس لاتفاق التعاون الثقافي الفني مع وزير الثقافة القطري؛ عبد الرحمن بن حمد بن جاسم بن حمد آل ثاني.

وتهدف هذه البرامج إلى تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين المملكة المغربية ودولة قطر في مجالات الشباب والثقافة، في إطار العلاقات الواعدة والمثمرة بين البلدين، تنفيذا للإرادة القوية وحكمة قائدي البلدين ،صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، وصاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير دولة قطر، ليكون هذا الارتباط على مدى سنوات طويلة، متسما بمواقف قوية تعكس التضامن والدعم المتبادل لقضايا البلدين الوطنية وأخرى ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

ويتضمن البرنامج التنفيذي الخامس لاتفاق التعاون الثقافي الفني للسنوات (2022 – 2025)، تعزيز التعاون في مجالات الكتاب والترجمة والرقمنة، ومعارض الكتاب، والموسيقى والمجال السينمائي، وحماية التراث الثقافي والموروث الإنساني وتعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات الثقافية المغربية القطرية.

أما قطاع الشباب، فإن البرنامج التنفيذي الثالث في مجال الشباب للسنوات (2023- 2024) بين المملكة المغربية ودولة قطر، يهدف إلى مواصلة العمل المشترك وتعزيز التعاون الثنائي القطاعي في مجال الشباب مع العمل على الرفع من فرص منح الدراسة الموجهة للشباب المغربي القطري.  

وكانت أعمال الدورة الثامنة للجنة العليا المشتركة القطرية المغربية، قد انطلقت اليوم الاثنين 7 فبراير 2022، برئاسة رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية القطري الشيخ خالد بن خليفة آل ثاني، ورئيس الحكومة المغربية عزيز أخنوش، وبحضور وفدي البلدين.
