Ms. Ghita Mezour, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, praised the openness that characterizes the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) and the strength of its organization, which stems from the opportunities it provides to young people and women from all walks of life to engage in political work and serve the interests of citizens.
In a speech delivered during the proceedings of the regional conference of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, held on Saturday, September 18, the achievements of the Ministry in the areas of digital transformation and administrative reform, emphasizing that the digitization of the Moroccan administration is a means of achieving efficiency and transparency and strengthening trust between the administration and citizens.

The minister outlined the measures taken since the signing of the social agreement between the unions and the government that benefit employees; including the enactment of a law on paternity leave and the establishment of a joint institution to promote social welfare for employees and staff in ministerial sectors that do not have their own institutions. She noted that these two laws will enshrine rights related to maternity and childcare and improve the financial situation of employees.
The minister noted that the focus on employees stems from the significant role they play in ensuring the success of strategic projects.
