الوزيرة ليلى بنعلي: ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات لم ينعكس على فاتورة الكهرباء

أثارت، قضية ارتفاع فواتير الماء والكهرباء نقاشا داخل قبة مجلس المستشارين، وسط تأكيد وزيرة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة ليلى بنعلي، على أن المغرب لم يسن أي زيادة رسمية في هذه الأسعار منذ سنة 2017.

وأوضحت الوزيرة بنعلي خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية بمجلس المستشارين، إن الأسعار التي تطبق حاليا، تم تحديدها سنة 2014 من طرف الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالشؤون العامة والحكامة، وآخر زيادة في نظام التعريفة كان في العام 2017 لمعظم الأشطر بما يقدر ب 10 في المائة باستثناء ذوي الدخل المحدود.

وكشفت ذات المسؤولة الحكومية بخصوص التعديلات في نظام فوترة الماء والكهرباء، “أن الشركات لها طريقة خاصة لمراجعة الفواتير عبر اتفاقية للتدبير موقعة مع المجالس المنتخبة، وهي تعريفة تأخذ بعين الاعتبار قدرة المواطنين عبر الأشطر لتفادي الاستهلاك غير المعقلن لهذه المادة الحيوية”.

وبالرغم من ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات؛ فإنه لم ينعكس حسب الوزيرة على الفاتورة الكهربائية للمواطن، مشددة على أن المصالح المحلية تعطي العناية الكافية للشكايات بالتأكد من الكمية المستهلكة والقيام بالتعديلات الضرورة في حالة ثبوت وجود أي خطأ.
