الوزير عبد اللطيف ميراوي يقدم بلجنة التعليم مشروع قانون يهدف لمراجعة الإطار القانوني المتعلق بأكاديمية الحسن الثاني للعلوم والتقنيات

قدم وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، السيد عبد اللطيف ميراوي، يوم الأربعاء 26 ابريل 2023، بلجنة التعليم والثقافة والاتصال، مشروع قانون رقم 01.23 بتغيير وتتميم الظهير الشريف المعتبر بمثابة قانون رقم 1.93.364 الصادر في 19 من ربيع الآخر 1414 (6 أكتوبر 1993) بإنشاء أكاديمية الحسن الثاني للعلوم والتقنيات.

ويهدف مشروع القانون إلى مراجعة الإطار القانوني المتعلق بأكاديمية الحسن الثاني للعلوم والتقنيات، قصد تمكينها من الوسائل الكفيلة بمواكبة المستجدات التي تعرفها مختلف مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا.

ويأتي ذلك عبر سن مقتضيات جديدة تخص نظام العضوية بهذه المؤسسة من خلال تغيير وتتميم المواد 4 و13.

‏وعلاقة بطلبات عقد اجتماع اللجنة المتعلقة بمصداقية الشواهد الجامعية المغربية وآلية معادلتها لشواهد الجامعات الأجنبية؛ والمخطط الوطني لتسريع تحول منظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار في أفق 2030؛ ومستجدات وحدات الماستر بالجامعات المغربية؛ بالإضافة الى الوسائل المرصودة من طرف قطاع التعليم العالي قبل فرض إشهاد في اللغات الأجنبية والمهارات الحياتية على الطلبة كشرط لنيل شهادة الإجازة وباقي الشهادات الجامعية.

وتقدم ممثلو الفرق والمجموعة النيابية أصحاب الطلبات بطرح تساؤلاتهم حول المواضيع المبرمجة.

بعد ذلك قدم وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار عرضا مفصلا حول المخطط الوطني Pacte-ESRI، ‏فيما تم ‏إرجاء مناقشة وجواب الوزير بشأن طلبات المواضيع المشار إليها أعلاه إلى وقت لاحق.
