انعقاد الجمع العام لغرفة فاس-مكناس بحضور شينون وبنوانس والمصادقة على مشاريع استراتيجية

عقدت؛ غرفة التجارة والصناعة والخدمات لجهة فاس-مكناس جمعها العام العادي للدورة الأولى لسنة 2025، يوم الخميس 13 مارس الجاري، بحضور نائب رئيس الغرفة، عبد العالي شينون، ونائب مقرر الغرفة، زكرياء بنوانس.

وخلال الاجتماع، تمت المصادقة على محضر الجمع العام العادي للدورة الثانية لسنة 2024، والموافقة على الحساب المالي للغرفة لسنة 2024، بالإضافة إلى المصادقة على ميزانية وبرنامج عمل الغرفة لسنة 2025، مع تفويض الرئيس إدخال التعديلات اللازمة إذا دعت الضرورة.

كما صادق الأعضاء على عدة اتفاقيات شراكة، أبرزها إحداث مدرسة للبرمجة والتشفير المعلوماتي “YouCode Fès” بجهة فاس-مكناس، وتأهيل المركز المتعدد الخدمات بالمنطقة الصناعية عين الشقف.

وشملت المصادقات أيضًا ملحقات اتفاقيات تتعلق بمخطط تطوير الغرفة وإنجاز مركز الأعمال “سايس بزنس سانتر”، إضافة إلى شراكات مع مؤسسات وطنية ودولية، منها جمعية غرف التجارة والصناعة لدول البحر الأبيض المتوسط لتنزيل برنامج STAPLES، وإنشاء غرفة تجارة مغربية-سنغالية، والتعاون مع غرفة التجارة الإيطالية بالمغرب وغرفة التجارة والصناعة والخدمات لهلال العاصمة بليبيا.

كما تمت الموافقة على انتداب صاحب مشروع لإنجاز مركز الأعمال “سايس بزنس سانتر”، مع تفويض الرئيس لاختيار صاحب المشروع المنتدب وإعداد وتوقيع الاتفاقية المتعلقة بذلك.
