اَخر الإحصائيات.. وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني تكشف عن استفادة 28.458 شخص من برنامج الدعم المباشر للسكن

كشفت وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، عن استفادة 28.458 من برنامج الدعم المباشر للسكن الى غاية 5 نونبر 2024، منها 26 في المائة مستفيدين مقيمين بالخارج و 37 في المائة شباب مستفيدين أعمارهم أقل من 35 سنة.

وأكدت السيدة الوزيرة خلال تقديمها لمشروع الميزانية الفرعية لوزارة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة برسم سنة 2025، يومه الخميس 7 نونبر الجاري، أن قيمة المساكن التي تم اقتناؤها تقدر ب 11,4 مليار درهم منها مساهمة الدولة بمبلغ 2,3 مليار درهم أي 20 % في المائة من القيمة الإجمالية للمساكن.

كما أعلنت الوزيرة حسب إحصاء المندوبية السامية للتخطيط؛ عن إحداث 57 ألف منصب شغل في مجال البناء والأشغال العمومية مقارنة مع الفصل الثالث من سنة 2023.
