بالبيانات والإحصائيات.. وزير الشباب يقدم بلجنة التعليم أهداف ومجالات وخدمات البرنامج الوطني للتخييم

تفاعلاً مع طلبات الفرق والمجموعات النيابية، قدم السيد محمد المهدي بنسعيد وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل، صباح يومه الأربعاء 3 يوليوز 2024، بلجنة التعليم والثقافة والاتصال، عرضاً مفصلاً حول قطاع الشباب.
وأكد الوزير أن الوزارة تهدف إلى رفع الطاقة الاستيعابية الإجمالية لمراكز التخييم إلى 25 ألف شخص في المرحلة خلال سنة 2026، مقابل 16 ألف شخص خلال سنة 2024.

وتوقف الوزير عند الأهداف المتوخاة من البرنامج الوطني للتخييم والذي يهدف الى تقديم عرض تخييمي تربوي بخدمات تراعي التنوع والجود؛ وتسهيل الولوج للخدمة التربوية في وجه طفولة المناطق البعيدة والمعزولة؛ مع تطوير المقاربة التشاركية في تدبير البرنامج، وتنويع المجالات لضمان استمرارية أنشطة التخييم على مدار السنة.

وأفاد الوزير بنسعيد أن الوزارة قامت منذ سنة 2021 بتعزيز شبكة المخيمات في أفق توسيع الحمولة الوطنية، وإحداث وافتتاح سبعة مراكز للتخييم من الجيل الجديد بهندسة معمارية تستجيب لمعايير السلامة والصحة للمستفيدين، وبمكونات متكاملة تراعي البيئة والتنمية المستدامة.

وتطرق الوزير لقرار إغلاق بعض مراكز التخييم المرتبط بأسباب تتعلق بسلامة ورفاهية الأطفال، مشيرا إلى أن الجامعة الوطنية للتخييم تعد شريكا استراتيجيا في تنفيذ البرنامج الوطني للتخييم.
وأوضح الوزير أن مجالات البرنامج الوطني للتخييم تنطوي أساسا على المخيمات القارة، وملتقيات اليافعين، وجامعات الشباب، إضافة إلى الاصطياف التربوي، والمقامات الموضوعاتية.
وبسط الوزير المحاور التربوية والتنشيطية بمراكز التخييم المتعددة وتهم مجموعة من الأنشطة من قبيل، الريادة والابتكار، والتطوع، والحقوق والمواطنة، فضلا عن أنشطة بدنية ورقمية.
