بحضور الوزير يونس السكوري…مطالب برلمانية لمناقشة ملفي مدونة الشغل والمقاول الذاتي

تقدم؛ الفريق النيابي لحزب الحركة الشعبية بمجلس النواب؛ بطلب إلى رئيس لجنة القطاعات الإنتاجية، من أجل عقد اجتماعين بحضور وزير الإدماج الاقتصادي والمقاولة الصغرى، والشغل والكفاءات، يونس سكوري.

والاجتماع الأول موضوعه “تقييم نظام المقاول الذاتي والإجراءات الحكومية المتخذة لدعمه وتمويله” وفق مضمون الطلب، في ظل الإشكاليات التي تعترض المقاولات الصغرى والمقاولة الذاتية، والمتأثرة أصلا بتداعيات جائحة كورونا والظرفية الدولية الحالية

أما الاجتماع الثاني فسيتم تخصيصه لتدارس موضوع “المخطط التشريعي المتعلق بالشغل وضمنه تحيين مدونة الشغل”، ويندرج وفق الطلب الموجه إلى رئيس اللجنة في إطار إطلاق دينامية جديدة للتشغيل، والتي تعتبر رهينة بمجموعة من الآليات والإجراءات وضمنها تحديث الإطار القانوني.
