بحضور وهبي.. لجنة العدل بمجلس النواب تواصل المناقشة التفصيلية لمشروع قانون المسطرة المدنية

واصلت لجنة العدل والتشريع وحقوق الإنسان بمجلس النواب اجتماعين أمس الثلاثاء 11 يونيو 2024، المناقشة التفصيلية لمواد مشروع القانون رقم 02.23 المتعلق بالمسطرة المدنية، برئاسة رئيس اللجنة وحضور السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي وزير العدل.

وناقش أعضاء اللجنة مواد القسم الخامس (الباب الثالث والرابع والخامس والسادس والسابع والثامن)، ومواد القسم السادس (الباب الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع والخامس)، وثلاث أبواب من القسم السابع.

وشملت هذه المواد المقتضيات والمساطر المتعلقة بقضايا الأحوال الشخصية و القضايا الاجتماعية، ومساطر الاختصاص وقضايا قضاء القرب والتجريح، وتنازع الاختصاص، وتعرض الغير، إضافة إلى المساطر أمام محاكم الدرجة الثانية والتي تشمل إجراءات تحقيق الدعوى، وقرارت محمكة الدرجة الثانية، وكذلك مسطرة مواصلة الدعوى والمصاريف والتعرض، واختصاص محكمة النقض، ومخاصمة القضاة.

وتجاوب الوزير مع تساؤلات ومقترحات أعضاء اللجنة، مقدما مجموعة من الشروحات والتفسيرات حول المقتضيات الجديدة والمعدلة.
وأكد السيد وهبي أن هدف الجميع هو الوصول إلى نص قانوني متكامل قدر المستطاع، بما يخدم المنظومة القانونية الوطنية ويحقق الأمن القانوني للمتقاضين.
