بلخيضر ينوه بإشراف ولاية جهة طنجة على عملية هدم المنازل الآيلة للسقوط

عبر فريق حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس جماعة طنجة عن ارتياحه الكبير لعملية هـــــدم مجموعة من المنازل وترحيل ساكنيها بحي “الحافة” التاريخي بمدينة طنجة، وهي العملية التي تمت في ظروف جيدة تحت المتابعة الدقيقة لوالي جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة السيد محمد مهيدية والسلطات المحلية.

وثمــــن عضو فريق البام بمجلس جماعة طنجة حسن بلخيضر، هذه المبادرة الاجتماعية التي تندرج في إطار التجديد الحضري للمدينة العتيقة لمدينة طنجة من جهة، وكذلك توفير ظروف جيدة لساكنة حي “الحافة” الذين سيستفيدون من بقع أرضية مقابل إفراغ منازلهم التي يوجد جلها في وضعية متهالكة، في أفق تمكينهم من مساكن تحقق لهم شروط الكرامة الإنسانية.

وجدير بالذكـــر، أن مشروع إعادة إسكان قاطني البنايات الآيلة للسقوط بحي “الحافة”، يندرج ضمن برنامج تأهيل وتثمين المدينة العتيقة لطنجة (الممتد ما بين 2020 و2024)، ويشمل ترحيل 254 أسرة. وتقدر تكلفته المالية ب 40 مليون درهما، تساهم فيها جماعة طنجة ب 5 ملايين درهم.
