بنسعيد يفتتح الندوة الإفريقية حول حق التتبع ويبحث تعزيز التعاون مع المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية

أشرف محمد المهدي بنسعيد، وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل، على افتتاح الندوة الإقليمية الإفريقية حول حق التتبع، المنظمة من طرف المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (OMPI) بشراكة مع المكتب المغربي لحقوق المؤلفين والحقوق المجاورة، وبدعم من الوزارة.

وتعرف الندوة مشاركة ممثلين عن مكاتب الملكية الفكرية وعدد من الفنانين والخبراء من مختلف الدول الإفريقية، في إطار تبادل الخبرات حول سبل حماية حقوق الفنانين وتعزيز مكانة الإبداع بالقارة.

وفي كلمته الافتتاحية، أكد بنسعيد أن اعتماد حق التتبع في القانون المغربي لسنة 2022 يمثل تحولا نوعيا في مسار إنصاف الفنانين التشكيليين والبصريين، باعتباره آلية تضمن لهم الاستفادة من إعادة بيع أعمالهم الفنية، بما ينسجم مع رؤية المملكة لتعزيز العدالة الثقافية ودعم الصناعات الإبداعية.

وعلى هامش الندوة، عقد بنسعيد مباحثات ثنائية مع سيلفي فوربن، نائبة المدير العام للمنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية، جرى خلالها التأكيد على تعزيز التعاون بين المغرب والمنظمة في مجالات حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة، وحماية التراث الثقافي، إلى جانب تفعيل مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين الجانبين في يوليوز الماضي.
