بن الطالب يدعو الحكومة إلى بذل المزيد من المجهودات لحماية القطاع الفلاحي من التغيرات المناخية

أكد المستشار البرلماني الحبيب بن الطالب، عضو فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين، أن القطاع الفلاحي يبقى من القطاعات الأكثر تضررا من التغيرات المناخية، وهو ما أصبح يهدد بلادنا وأمنها الغذائي والمائي والبيئي، موضحا أن الفلاحين الصغار بالمناطق الجبلية والواحات والمناطق الهشة بالمغرب العميق، هم أول المتضررين من مخاطر التغيرات المناخية، رغم كونهم يشكلون الفئة الأقل مساهمة في التلوث البيئي.

وشدد بن الطالب، في سؤال موجه إلى وزير الطاقة والمعادن خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يوم الثلاثاء 4 فبراير 2020، أن الحكومة أصبحت مطالبة ببذل مجهودات إضافية للحفاظ على الإنتاج وبالتالي الحفاظ على دخل الفلاحين، وذلك عبر دعم البحث العلمي لتطوير قابلية سلاسل الإنتاج والتأقلم مع التغيرات المناخية والحفاظ على جودة ومردودية المحاصل الزراعية.

وأضاف المستشار البرلماني أن الحكومة مطالبة كذلك بالحد من استعمال الطاقات الملوثة ودعم استعمال الطاقة الشمسية، وكذا مواصلة دعم برامج غرس الأشجار المثمرة للزيادة في تخزين الكاربون داخل التربة مع اعتماد سياسة تنموية منخفضة للكاربون، داعيا الحكومة أيضا إلى التسريع بتحسين العرض المائي ومعالجة العجز الكبير الحاصل بين العرض والطلب حول الماء، وتشييد سدود لتجميع مياه الأمطار، وكذا معالجة المياه العادمة بالتجمعات السكنية الكبرى بالعالم القروي لاستعمالها في القطاع الفلاحي.
