بوكطاية يطالب بتوفير سلامة الممر السككي غير المحروس بجرادة في نقطة التقاطع مع الطريق الجهوية رقم R607

وجه النائب البرلماني رشيد بوكطاية؛ سؤالا كتابيا لوزير التجهيز، عن الإجراءات المتخذة لتوفير سلامة الممر السككي غير المحروس بجرادة في نقطة التقاطع مع الطريق الجهوية رقم R607.

وقال بوكطاية إن المكتب الوطني للسكك الحديدية حقق نتائج جيدة فيما يخص السلامة بالممرات، وتقليص الحوادث في ملتقيات الطرق والسكك الحديدية، سواء من خلال إزالة هذه الممرات وتعويضها بمنشآت بديلة (القناطر الطرقية والسككية)، أو على الأقل من خلال تأمين العبور في الممرات غير المحروسة عن طريق تجهيزها بالمعدات اللازمة للحماية من الحوادث، كالإغلاق الآلي للحواجز واعتماد أنظمة خاصة للإشارات الضوئية والصوتية المعمول بها في هذا المجال. 

وأوضح بوكطاية أنه بخصوص الممر السككي غير المحروس، الكائن على بعد حوالي 15 كيلومتر من مركز مدينة جرادة في نقطة تقاطع السكة الحديدية مع الطريق الجهوية رقم R607 الرابطة بين مدينة جرادة ومدينة العيون سيدي ملوك، فإنه يتسبب في العديد من الحوادث المرورية، لعدم وجود حارس أو حواجز للإغلاق الآلي، مما جعل منه نقطة عبور غير آمنة تماما وتشكل تهديدا وخطرا على سلامة المواطنين.
