تمديد حالة “الطوارئ الصحية” على طاولة المجلس الحكومي

ذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أن مجلسا له سيعقد يوم الخميس المقبل، برئاسة سعد الدين العثماني، سيعرف في بداية أشغاله عرضا لوزير الدولة المكلف بحقوق الإنسان والعلاقات مع البرلمان، حول حصيلة عمل الحكومة في علاقتها مع البرلمان خلال السنة التشريعية الرابعة من الولاية التشريعية العاشرة.

وأضاف البلاغ أن المجلس سيواصل أشغاله بدراسة مشروع قانون تنظيمي يقضي بتغيير وتتميم القانون التنظيمي المتعلق بالتعيين في المناصب العليا، تطبيقا لأحكام الفصلين 49 و92 من الدستور، قبل أن ينتقل إلى دراسة “مشروع مرسوم يتعلق بتمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني لمواجهة تفشي فيروس كورونا-كوفيد19”.

وأشار المصدر (البلاغ) إلى أن المجلس سيتدارس، إثر ذلك، اتفاق تعديل اتفاقية التبادل الحر بين المغرب وتركيا، الموقع بالرباط في 24 غشت 2020، مع مشروع قانون يوافق بموجبه على الاتفاق المذكور، يليه اتفاق بشأن الامتيازات والحصانات بين حكومة المملكة المغربية وحكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، الموقع بالرباط في فاتح شتنبر 2020، مع مشروع قانون يوافق بموجبه على الاتفاق المذكور.

وخلص البلاغ إلى أن المجلس سيختتم أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
