جلالة الملك يعلن عن آلية جديدة لتعزيز استثمارات مغاربة العالم في وطنهم الأم

أعلن صاحب الملك محمد السادس عن إصلاحات جديدة تهدف إلى إعادة هيكلة المؤسسات المعنية بشؤون الجالية المغربية في الخارج.

وقال جلالته في سياق خطابه بمناسبة الذكرى الـ49 للمسيرة الخضراء، إن هذه الإصلاحات تهدف إلى “توحيد الجهود وتنسيق الأدوار”، بما يضمن الاستجابة الفعالة لاحتياجات المغتربين.

وأضاف جلالة الملك: “ندعو إلى تسريع إخراج القانون الجديد للمجلس، في أفق تنصيبه في أقرب الآجال”، مشيراً إلى أن مجلس الجالية المغربية بالخارج سيظل مؤسسة دستورية مستقلة ذات دور محوري في عملية صنع القرار.

وأكد جلالته أن هذا المجلس سيسهم في تقديم اقتراحات بشأن السياسات العامة المتعلقة بالمغتربين، وتنسيق الأنشطة التي تصب في خدمة مصالحهم.

وأشار صاحب الجلالة إلى أن المؤسسة الجديدة المتمثلة في “المؤسسة المحمدية للمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج” ستكون مسؤولة عن تنسيق السياسات الوطنية الخاصة بالجالية، إضافة إلى العمل على تعبئة كفاءات المغاربة في الخارج لدعم التنمية في الوطن.

ودعا جلالة الملك إلى “تحسين مساهمة المغاربة في الخارج في الاقتصاد الوطني”، مبرزا أنه من غير المعقول كون استثمارات الجالية لا تتجاوز 10% من الاستثمارات الخاصة في المملكة.
