The M'diq-Fnideq Employment Council, chaired by Mr. Mohamed Al-Arabi Al-Mrabet, continues to implement a program comprising several measures aimed at combating the spread of the coronavirus. The Al-Alyin local community received disinfection equipment and protective clothing for this purpose, followed by a large-scale disinfection operation in the Lower Al-Kouf district under the supervision of the community president and several officials.
The disinfection operation covered a number of public facilities (schools, mosques, etc.), commercial establishments, as well as the entrances to homes and vehicles, and roadways. Subsequently, a disinfection operation was carried out at the municipality’s headquarters in the Afrazoukh district and its surroundings, as well as the market area, shops, the pharmacy, the command headquarters, the Abdelkhalek Al-Touris Preparatory School, and other areas. Following that, another disinfection operation was carried out in the areas of Medchar Douar, Wad Joun, and Al-Kouf Al-Fouqi.
Overall, the disinfection operations were well received by residents, who commended the efforts made by the M'diq-Fnideq Provincial Council —in coordination with local communities, including Al-Alyeen—to curb the spread of the pandemic and safeguard the health and safety of citizens, in addition to the various forms of assistance it has provided to different villages during the pandemic.
