جهة سوس- ماسة…ودمين يشارك في اجتماع تنسيقي حول “الشواطئ النظيفة”

شارك محمد ودمين نائب رئيس مجلس جهة سوس- ماسة، إلى جانب والي الجهة، يوم الإثنين 24 مارس 2025، في اجتماع تنسيقي، خصص لمواكبة ودعم انطلاق دراسة “التشخيص التقني-الاقتصادي والقانوني والبيئي لشواطئ نظيفة”، وذلك تنفيذا للبرنامج الذي تشرف عليه مؤسسة محمد السادس لحماية البيئة.

وتشمل هذه الدراسة، والتي تهدف إلى مواكبة الجماعات الترابية في مجال تدبير الشواطئ وتحديد الاستثمارات المتعلقة بتهيئتها وتجهيزها قصد ضمان جودتها، ثلاثة شواطئ تابعة لجماعات أكادير وإيمسوان وتغازوت والتي تدخل في إطار النفوذ الترابي لعمالة أكادير إداوتنان وشاطئ واحد تابع لجماعة سيدي بيبي والذي يدخل في إطار النفوذ الترابي لإقليم اشتوكة أيت باها.

وتعكس هذه الدراسة التزام السلطات المحلية والشركاء المعنيين بتعزيز جهود تحسين وضعية الشواطئ وضمان جعلها فضاءات نظيفة ومرحبة، تستجيب لتطلعات المصطافين ومرتادي الشواطئ، خاصة في إطار الاستعدادات القائمة لاستقبال الأحداث الدولية الكبرى، ككأس إفريقيا للأمم 2025 وكأس العالم 2030 لكرة القدم.

وتأتي هذه الدراسة تنفيذا لأهداف اتفاقية الشراكة الموقعة سنة 2024 بين مؤسسة محمد السادس لحماية البيئة ووزارة الداخلية ووزارة التجهيز والماء ووزارة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني وكذا الشركة المغربية للهندسة السياحية، وترمي إلى الحفاظ على الشواطئ وتطويرها، وفقاً لمعايير التنمية المستدامة والنجاعة البيئية المرتبطة بعلامة “اللواء الأزرق”.

وأفضت هذه الشراكة إلى تنظيم عدة زيارات ميدانية قصد معاينة المنجزات والعوائق التي تشوب تسيير هذه الفضاءات والوقوف على الإجراءات اللازمة من أجل تدبير مهني للشواطئ وتحسين الولوجيات الخاصة بها.
