حلحال: مشاريع انجاز مسابح وفك العزلة عن الدواوير وتدبير النقل العمومي تنال إجماع المجلس الاقليمي لبني ملال

كشف محمد حلحال رئيس المجلس الاقليمي لبني ملال، أن الدورة العادية للمجلس لشهر يناير 2020، تميزت بالمصادقة بالإجماع على عدة مشاريع تنموية مهمة في مختلف القطاعات، ومن بينها مشروع اتفاقية إِحداث مجموع الجماعات الترابية لبني ملال، لحفظ الصحة بين المجلس الإقليمي لبني ملال والجماعات التابعة له.
وأشار حلحال إلى أن المجلس الإقليمي لبني ملال وافق بالإجماع كذلك على النقطة الخاصة بمشروع اتفاقية إِحداث مجموع الجماعات الترابية “الدِّير” لحفظ الصحة بين المجلس الاقليمي وجماعات الدير، ومشروع اتفاقية إحداث مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “الأطلس”،  لتدبير مرفق النقل العمومي الحضري بين المجلس الاقليمي وجماعات الأطلس.
وفي نفس الإطار، أورد المتحدث ذاته أن الدورة العادية شهدت المصادقة بالإجماع على اتفاقية شَراكة بين مجلس جهة بني ملال خنيفرة والمجلس الإقليمي لبني ملال، تهم تفويت آليات لفك العزلة عن المناطق القروية، وشق المسالك وازاحة الثلوج، مضيفا أنه للحد من أخطار غرق الأطفال والشباب في الوديان والقنوات المائية، خاصة في فصل الصيف، صادق المجلس الإقليمي لبني ملال على اتفاقيات تهم انجاز أربعة مسابح بالجماعات الترابية أولاد يعيش، وأولاد اكناو، ودير القصيبة، وأولاد يوسف بغلاف مالي يفوق مليار سنتم.
وفي المجال الاجتماعي، أوضح حلحال أن المجلس وافق بالإجماع على النقطة المتعلقة باتفاقية شراكة بين المجلس الاقليمي وفريقي رجاء بني ملال وشباب قصبة تادلة، حيث تمت المصادقة على منح رجاء بني ملال لكرة القدم دعما ماليا يقدر ب 500.000,00 درهم برسم سنة 2020، فيما خصص لشباب قصبة تادلة دعما ماليا يقدر ب 200.000,00 درهم برسم سنة 2020.
