حوليش يدرس إمكانية تخفيض السومة الكرائية لمحلات تجارية بالناظور بسبب الركود الاقتصادي

استجابة لرسالتين توصل بهما من طرف جمعية التجار، أدرج سليمان حوليش، رئيس المجلس الجماعي للناظور، نقطة تتعلق بالتداول في مسألة تخفيض السومة الكرائية لمحلات المركب التجاري بالشطر الثاني، في جدول أعمال دورة فبراير المقبلة.

جمعية الصفاء لتجار المركب التجاري بالناظور طلبت من سليمان حوليش تخفيض السومة الكرائية لـ 75 محلا تم انجازها في 2014 في إطار مشروع الشطر الثاني للمركب، نظرا للركود الاقتصادي الذي يشهده في الآونة الأخيرة.

وارتأت جماعة الناظور استدعاء رئيس جمعية الصفاء لتجار المركب التجاري للحضور في دورة فبراير لتقديم التوضيحات اللازمة بهذا الشأن، على أن يتداول أعضاء المجلس في إمكانية تخفيض السومة الكرائية.
