حوليش يشدد على دعم المجلس الجماعي للناظور للمقاولات وتقليص نسبة البطالة

شارك، مؤخرا، سليمان حوليش رئيس المجلس الجماعي للناظور في أشغال الجمع العام التأسيسي للجمعية الجهوية لدعم المقاولين والإستثمار.

وفي كلمته، أوضح سليمان حوليش أن المجلس سيعمد ابتداء من سنة 2019 إلى تنفيذ مشروع جديد يروم دعم المقاولات المتوسطة والصغرى، وذلك في إطار المجهودات المبذولة للتقليص من نسبة البطالة بالناظور وتوفير فرص الشغل للشباب.

وتطرق حوليش لهذا المشروع خلال الاجتماع الأخير الذي عقده المقاولون لتأسيس تنسيقية جهوية لتشجيع الإستثمار، مشددا على أن المجلس الجماعي للناظور سيخصص دعما للمقاولات إنطلاقا من العام المقبل، نتيجة للشراكة التي عقدها بهذا الخصوص مع المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية ومجلس جهة الشرق في أول تجربة بالمغرب.

وبخصوص توفير الدعم المادي لهذا المشروع، أبرز رئيس المجلس الجماعي للناظور أنه خصص مبلغا ماليا مهما يصل إلى 800 مليون سنتيم في مشروع ميزانية المجلس في العام المقبل، مؤكدا أن الدعم ستستفيد منه المقاولات التي تحترم حقوق العامل ولا تتحايل على القانون.
