دورة أبريل الاستثنائية .. مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة يصادق بالإجماع على اتفاقيات تشمل النقل المدرسي والبيئة والتأهيل التربوي

صادقَ؛ مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة، خلال اجتماع عقده في إطار دورة استثنائية بمقر المجلس، برئاسة امحمد احميدي، وبحضور محمد العمراني، رئيس قسم الجماعات الترابية بولاية جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة، على مجموعة من الاتفاقيات والمشاريع التنموية التي تستهدف مجالات متعددة، وذلك بحضور أطر المجلس.

وشملت أشغال الدورة برمجة الفائض الحقيقي برسم السنة المالية 2024 وتحويل اعتمادات بميزانية التجهيز لسنة 2025، في إطار تعزيز النجاعة المالية وتوجيه الموارد نحو المشاريع ذات الأولوية.

وتمت المصادقة على اتفاقية شراكة مع جمعيات وفيدراليات النقل المدرسي لدعم تسيير الحافلات بالمجال القروي، في خطوة تهدف إلى تحسين ظروف ولوج التلاميذ إلى المؤسسات التعليمية، والحد من الهدر المدرسي في المناطق النائية.

كما وافق المجلس على اتفاقية شراكة مع شركة التنمية الإقليمية “طريق المعرفة” تتعلق بتدبير مرفق النقل المدرسي، مما يفتح المجال لإرساء منظومة نقل مؤطرة ومهنية تراعي السلامة والاستمرارية.

وفي قطاع الشباب والرياضة، صادق المجلس على اتفاقية مع المديرية الجهوية لوزارة الشباب والثقافة والتواصل ومؤسسة طنجة الكبرى للعمل التربوي والاجتماعي والرياضي، تروم تنفيذ برنامج تأهيل تربوي ورياضي لفائدة أطفال وشباب العالم القروي، يهدف إلى تطوير مهاراتهم وتعزيز اندماجهم السوسيوثقافي.

كما شملت الاتفاقيات المصادقة على شراكة مع جماعة العوامة تهم اقتناء شاحنة مجهزة وصهريج مائي وحاويات نفايات، وذلك في إطار تحسين البنية التحتية للخدمات البيئية وتعزيز قدرات الجماعة في تدبير النفايات المنزلية.

وفي المجال الاجتماعي، صادق المجلس على اتفاقية مع جمعية بيت أصيلة لدعم مركز التربية الخاصة للأطفال في وضعية إعاقة، بما يعكس التزام المجلس بترسيخ مبادئ الإدماج الاجتماعي وتوفير الدعم للأشخاص في وضعية هشاشة.

وقد صادق أعضاء المجلس الحاضرون بالإجماع على جميع النقاط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال.
