دورة يناير 2026.. مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة يراهن على الطرق والنقل المدرسي لتعزيز التنمية القروية وفك العزلة

صادق مجلس عمالة طنجة-أصيلة، خلال دورته العادية المنعقدة يوم الاثنين 12 يناير 2026، على مجموعة من القرارات ذات البعد التنموي، تهم دعم البنيات التحتية الأساسية وتحسين الخدمات الاجتماعية بالمجال القروي.

وترأس أشغال الدورة امحمد أحميدي، رئيس مجلس عمالة طنجة-أصيلة، بحضور محمد العمراني، رئيس قسم الجماعات الترابية بولاية الجهة، إلى جانب أعضاء المجلس، وأطر وموظفي مجلس العمالة.

واستهل المجلس أشغاله بعرض تقرير إخباري حول الأنشطة التي باشرها رئيس المجلس خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين شتنبر 2025 ويناير 2026، إضافة إلى عرض حول الدعاوى القضائية الرائجة بين مجلس العمالة وأطراف أخرى، في إطار تتبع الوضعية القانونية والمؤسساتية للمجلس.

وفي الشق التنموي، صادق المجلس على الملحق التعديلي رقم 1 لاتفاقية الشراكة الخاصة بتدبير وتسيير مرفق النقل المدرسي بالمجال القروي، في خطوة تروم دعم التمدرس وتقليص نسب الهدر المدرسي، خاصة في المناطق القروية والنائية.

كما صادق المجلس على اتفاقية شراكة تهم إنجاز أشغال بناء الطرق المؤدية إلى مداشر المنزلة والصفصافة ودار اللماعي والقزموري، بهدف فك العزلة عن الساكنة القروية وتحسين الولوج إلى الخدمات الأساسية، بما يعزز الدينامية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بعمالة طنجة- أصيلة.

وبعد المناقشة والتداول حول مختلف النقط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال، صادق المجلس بالإجماع على جميع القرارات المعروضة خلال هذه الدورة، مؤكداً توجهه نحو ترسيخ مقاربة تنموية ترابية تقوم على العدالة المجالية وتحسين ظروف عيش الساكنة.
