شوكي يطالب الحكومة بتكريس حق استعمال اللغتين الرسميتين للبلاد في الإدارة العمومية

وجه أحمد شوكي، النائب البرلماني عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة، سؤالا آنيا إلى الوزير المنتدب لدى الحكومة المكلف بإصلاح الإدارة وبالوظيفة العمومية حول تكريس حق استعمال اللغتين الرسميتين للبلاد في الإدارات العمومية، وذلك خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفهية لمجلس النواب المنعقدة يوم الاثنين 19 نونبر 2018.
واستغرب أحمد شوكي كيف أن الوثيقة الدستورية تؤكد بصيغة واضحة على أن اللغتين الرسميتين للبلاد هما العربية والأمازيغية ولازالت أغلب الإدارات العمومية تستخدم اللغة الأجنبية في المراسلات والقرارات وكذا الإجراءات الموجهة لمرتفقيها، مبرزا أن هذا الأمر يتسبب لهؤلاء في أعباء وتكاليف إضافية نتيجة بحثهم عمن يقوم بترجمة هذه الوثائق، ناهيك عن الإحساس بالاغتراب الذي يتملك هؤلاء المرتفقين داخل بلادهم.
وتسائل النائب البرلماني عن التدابير والإجراءات التي تقوم بها الحكومة بهدف تكريس حق استعمال اللغتين الرسميتين للبلاد في الإدارة العمومية والمدرسة العمومية وكذا المساجد، مؤكدا أنه ليست هناك مجهودات مبذولة نلمسها على أرض الواقع بخصوص تكريس اللغة الأمازيغية.
