صلاح الخير يوقع اتفاقية شراكة في مجال إشراك القطاع الخاص لدعم جيل جديد من مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية بإقليم الرحامنة

وقع؛ رئيس المجلس الإقليمي للرحامنة، محمد صلاح الخير؛ يوم الاثنين 27 نونبر 2023 بمقر عمالة الرحامنة، على اتفاقية الشراكة في مجال إشراك القطاع الخاص لدعم جيل جديد من مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية بإقليم الرحامنة.

وذلك تفعيلا للتوجيهات الملكية السامية لتدعيم ركائز الدولة الاجتماعية، وتنزيلا للالتزامات الحكومية وفق مقاربة تشاركية ودامجة، هدفها الانفتاح على مختلف الفاعلين المعنيين خاصة القطاع الخاص في اطار مؤسساتي تطبعه الشفافية والتتبع لتفعيل البرامج الاجتماعية التي تستهدف الفئات في وضعية صعبة، وتعزيزا لمجهودات وزارة التضامن والإدماج الإجتماعي والأسرة مؤسسة التعاون الوطني الرامية إلى إصلاح وتمكين مؤسسات الرعاية الإجتماعية.

وتروم هذه الاتفاقية وضع الإطار العام وفق مبادىء تؤكد تنفيذها بإرساء مبدأ التمويل المشترك في إنجاز المبادرات التي سيتم تنفيذها في الاتفاقية الخاصة من خلال الانفتاح على آليات التمويل الأخرى وإشراك مختلف الأطراف وتعزيز استقلالية ومسؤولية الفاعلين المعنيين.

وتهدف هذه الانفاقية إلى دعم إصلاح مؤسسات والرعاية الاجتماعية من خلال إنشاء نموذج شراكة تعاوني؛ لتحسين ظروف استقبال الفئات المستفيدة من خدمات هذه المؤسسات عن طريق تعزيز التنافس الإيجابي لتعميم النهوض بقطاع الرعاية الاجتماعية وتعزيز صورة العلامة التجارية SOLIDARITÉ-LABELL للشركات المسهمة من جهة أو مؤسسات الرعاية والاجتماعية من جهة أخرى.
