طنجة..غرفة الصناعة التقليدية تنطلق في تفعيل اتفاقية شراكة من أجل إدماج حرفي للمنقطعين عن الدراسة والأشخاص في وضعية هشاشة

انعقد، بمقر الغرفة الجهوية للصناعة التقليديــــة بجهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة، اجتماع هــــــام، بحضور مدير الغرفة السيد عبد اللطيف الغلبزوري والسادة رؤساء المصالح الإدارية بالمقر المركزي للغرفة ومدير المركز المهنيين الشباب السيد عمر العسري.

الاجتماع الذي يندرج في سياق تنفيذ برنامج تنسيقي يجمع بين الغرفة والمركز يهدف إلى توجيه من انقطعوا عن سلك الدراسة أو الذين يوجدون في وضعية فقر وهشاشة وتمكينهم من تكوين حرفي يساعدهم على ولوج ميدان العمل، (الاجتمــــاع) تم خلاله تدارس الصيغة النهائية لاتفاقية الشراكة التي ستجمع بين الطرفين، اتفاقية تتضمن الأهداف المتوخاة والبرامج المسطرة وفق أجندة محددة زمكانيا مع تحقيق النتائـــــــــــج.

الاجتماع شكل مناسبة، تم خلالها الإشارة إلى الغايات التي تحققها اختصاصات الغرفة في مجال التكوين والتشغيل والإدماج في سوق الشغل طبقا لمنصوص القانون 18.09 وكذا برنامج عملها. بالمقابل استعرض رئيس مركز المهنيين الشباب تجربته في الاشتغال على الحد من الهشاشة في أوساط الشباب المنقطع عن الدراسة والراغب في ولوج سوق الشغل برصيد معرفي حرفي كفيل بالتخفيف من الفقر في أوساط الأحياء الهامشية مع مراعاة مقاربة النوع لتحقيق تنمية متوازنة وهادفة.
