عبد اللطيف وهبي يقدم مشروع المرسوم القاضي بإحداث أجرة عن الخدمات المقدمة من قبل المعهد الوطني لكتابة الضبط والمهن القانونية والقضائية

صادق مجلس الحكومة، برئاسة عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة، أمس الخميس 16 يناير الجاري على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.1133 بإحداث أجرة عن الخدمات المقدمة من قبل المعهد الوطني لكتابة الضبط والمهن القانونية والقضائية، قدمه وزير العدل؛ عبد اللطيف وهبي.

ويأتي هذا المشروع بعدما تم إحداث المعهد الوطني لكتابة الضبط والمهن القانونية والقضائية، بمثابة مديرية مركزية بوزارة العدل، وذلك بموجب المرسوم رقم 2.24.371 بتاريخ 13 من ذي الحجة 1445 (20 يونيو 2024) بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.22.400 المتعلق بتحديد اختصاصات وتنظيم وزارة العدل.

وتم بموجب المادة 12 من قانون المالية لسنة 2025، إحداث مرفق الدولة مسير بصورة مستقلة تحت مسمى “المعهد الوطني لكتابة الضبط والمهن القانونية والقضائية”، حيث تم تمكين المعهد المذكور من الاستقلالية في التسيير بشكل يهدف إلى الإسهام الفعال في إنجاز استراتيجية الوزارة في مجال التكوين والارتقاء بالموارد البشرية بالقطاع وتدعيم الكفاءات، وذلك بالنظر لما يقدمه من خدمات ومرافق مقابل أجرة مما سيسمح له بالتوفر على موارد مالية.

ويهدف مشروع هذا المرسوم إلى إحداث أجرة عن الخدمات المقدمة من المعهد الوطني لكتابة الضبط والمهن القانونية والقضائية.
