ترأس؛ النائب الأول لعمدة مدينة الرباط، السيد عزيز لميني؛ اجتماع عمل مع قسم الممتلكات وقسم التعمير والقسم التقني بحضور المستشار القانوني.

ويأتي هذا الاجتماع، المنعقد أمس الثلاثاء 28 دجنبر الجاري؛ تفاعلا مع مراسلة السيد الوالي، وتفعيلا لرسالة السيد وزير الداخلية عدد 12630 بتاريخ 29 يوليوز 2021، والمتعلقة بإلحاق طرق التجزئات والمجمعات السكنية وشبكات الماء والمجاري والكهرباء والمساحات غير المبنية المغروسة بالأملاك العامة الجماعية.

إلى ذلك، خلص الاجتماع إلى برنامج عمل؛ من أجل جرد شامل لهذه التجزئات والمجموعات السكنية وتقييد الطرق وشبكات الماء والمجاري والكهرباء والمساحات غير المبنية، بالصك العقاري للعقار موضوع التجزئة.
