غياث يسائل وزير الصحة حول نفاذ أدوية داء السل من المستشفيات العمومية

وجه النائب البرلماني محمد غياث، يوم الجمعة 22 نونبر 2019، سؤالا كتابيا لوزير الصحة يستفسر من خلاله الوزير عن أسباب تفشي داء السل بشكل كبير في المغرب، وارتفاع عدد الوفيات المرتبطة بداء السل والسل المقاوم للأدوية، مطالبا كذلك بالإعلان عن أسباب فقدان ونفاذ أدوية داء السل في المراكز الصحية والمستشفيات الخاصة بداء السل، رغم ارتفاع الميزانية المخصصة لشراء الأدوية والدعم المالي للصندوق العالمي لمكافحة داء السيدا وداء السل والملاريا.

وكشف البرلماني غياث عن أرقام توضح بجلاء ارتفاعا ملحوظا في نسبة الإصابة بداء السل والسل المقاوم للأدوية ونسبة الوفيات، حيث تم تسجيل 25 ألف حالة داء السل جديدة سنة 2013، وأزيد من 28000 حالة سنة 2015، وأكثر من 31 ألف سنة 2016، و37 ألف حالة جديدة سنتي 2018 و2019، وهو ما يتناقض مع أهداف المخطط الوطني لتسريع خفض نسبة الإصابة بداء السل بنسبة %40 في أفق 2021.

وفي ذات السياق، تطرق النائب البرلماني عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة لسبب تراجع معدل نجاح البروتوكول العلاجي لداء السل، والذي يعود بالأساس إلى ضعف فعالية الدواء من خلال تقارير صادرة من مديرية علم الأوبئة ومحاربة الأمراض والمركز الوطني لمحاربة التسمم واليقظة الدوائية، مطالبا وزارة الصحة بالكشف عن هذه التقارير.
