On Thursday, July 25, Ms. Ghita Mezzour, Minister of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, presided over the inauguration ceremony in Rabat for the new director of the African Center for Training and Administrative Research for Development (CAFRAD), Mr. Kofi Dioudoni Assoufi.
In a speech delivered on this occasion, the minister emphasized the importance our country attaches to the South-South cooperation approach, which His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God preserve him, has made a strategic choice and a priority for the Kingdom and its partners in Africa—an approach based on solidarity, cooperation, and the promotion of shared interests, for the benefit of African citizens.
Ms. Mezour commended the efforts made by the outgoing Director General, Mr. Stéphane Mouné Mwandjo, in service to this institution, headquartered in the Kingdom of Morocco. She reiterated her congratulations to Mr. Kofi Diodoni Asoufi on the confidence placed in him by the members of the Board of Directors during their meeting on July 9 in Rabat, and wished him every success in his new role.
