فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري: تم إنجاز 698 ألف وحدة سكينة إلى حدود مارس 2024 في إطار السكن الاجتماعي

أكدت وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة، السيدة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، أنه تم إنجاز 698 ألف وحدة سكينة إلى حدود مارس 2024، وذلك في إطار السكن الاجتماعي بقيمة 250 ألف درهم.
وأبرزت الوزيرة، في معرض ردها على أسئلة النواب البرلمانيين اليوم الاثنين خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية بمجلس النواب، أنه تم إنجاز 88 ألف وحدة من طرف مؤسسة العمران، بنسبة 13 في المائة، فيما 20 ألف و143وحدة في طور الانجاز و300 وحدة فقط مُنجزة ولم يتم تسليمها بعد.

وأوضحت السيدة المنصوري بخصوص السكن منخفض التكلفة بقيمة 140 ألف درهم، بأنه قد تم إنجاز 48 ألف وحدة من طرف مؤسسة العمران، مشيرة إلى أن 9000 وحدة في طور الإنجاز و1657 وحدة سكنية منجزة لم يتم تسليمها.

واعتبرت المسؤولة الحكومية، أن التأخر الحاصل في بعض الوحدات مرتبط بتصفية العقار، ملفتة إلى أن الوزارة قامت مع مؤسسة العمران بتعبئة الفرقاء على الصعيد الوطني والترابي لتسريع عملية التصفية العقارية وإحداث الرسوم العقارية الفردية، بالإضافة إلى اعتماد استراتيجية تجارية جديدة عبر منصة رقمية.
