فريق البام النيابي يسائــل رئيـس الحكومة حـول تنمية المناطق النائية في إطار الجهوية المتقدمة

يعتزم فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس النواب، بعد زوال اليوم الاثنين 25 نونبر 2019، خلال الجلسة الشهرية المخصصة لأسئلة السياسة العامة التي يجيب عنها رئيس الحكومة، توجيه سؤال محوري إلى سعد الدين العثماني رئيس الحكومة، حول تنمية المناطق النائية المهمشة وتنميتها في إطار الجهوية المتقدمة.

وسيحاول فريق البام النيابي خلال الجلسة طرح إشكالية تنمية المناطق النائية والأكثر هشاشة، والتي تعتبر إحدى أهم التحديات والرهانات الكبرى التي يجب أن يتم رفعها وربحها في إطار الجهوية المتقدمة.

كما سيتطرق الفريق النيابي لمجموعة من الأعطاب التي مازالت تعاني منها الجهات والمتعلقة أساسا بإشكالية نقل الاختصاصات وإشكالية ممارسة الاختصاصات الذاتية، بالإضافة إلى الموارد المالية التي لا زالت غير كافية، خاصة بالنسبة للجهات التي يضم ترابها المناطق النائية، كالمناطق الحدودية والجبلية.
