فوطاط يخصص يوم الإثنين من كل أسبوع للقاء الجمعيات لإشراكهم في برامج جماعة بني أنصار

في بادرة هي الأولى من نوعها، قرر عبد الحليم فوطاط رئيس المجلس الجماعي لبني انصار بإقليم الناظور، تخصيص يوم الإثنين من كل أسبوع للقاءات التواصلية مع هيئات المجتمع المدني من أجل الانصات ومعرفة انشغالاتها واهتماماتها.

وأكد عبد حليم فوطاط أن الهدف من هذا القرار هو توسيع قاعدة مشاركة هيئات المجتمع المدني ببني أنصار في إعداد وتتبع وتقييم البرامج المحلية، وكذا إشراكه في تيسير مساهمة المواطنين في تتبع برامج التنمية بالتراب الجماعي تطبيقا للفصل 139 من الدستور.

وفي الإطار ذاته، أشار فوطاط إلى أنه أشرف في بداية سنة 2017 على تأسيس هيئة المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص ومقاربة النوع ببني أنصار، موضحا أن الهيئة تتشكل من فعاليات المجتمع المدني، ومن مهامها مساعدة الرئيس في مهامه من خلال التوصيات الاستشارية والأعمال التحضيرية في نطاق الصلاحيات الموكولة لها، وذلك طبقا لمقتضيات القانون التنظيمي للجماعات ولاسيما المادة 120.
