ليلى بنعلي تدعو لمضاعفة الجهود من أجل جعل قطاع الهيدروكربورات والمعادن أكثر جاذبية للاستثمار

دعت وزيرة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة، ليلى بنعلي، إلى ضرورة مضاعفة الجهود لجعل قطاع الهيدروكربورات والمعادن أكثر جاذبية للاستثمار، وأكثر قدرة على مواكبة التحولات الجيوطاقية العالمية.

وأكدت السيدة الوزيرة، في كلمة لها خلال أشغال الدورة الـ 22 للمجلس الإداري للمكتب الوطني للهيدروكربورات والمعادن، على الأهمية الإستراتيجية التي يكتسيها قطاع الهيدروكربورات والمعادن في تحقيق السيادة الطاقية والمعدنية للمغرب، مشيرة إلى أن استكشاف الهيدروكربورات يظل نشاطا معقدا وعالي الكلفة ومحفوفا بالمخاطر، مما يستدعي تعبئة كافة الإمكانات لتحفيز الشراكات، وتوجيه البحث نحو المناطق الجيولوجية غير المستكشفة بعد.

ونبهت المسؤولة الحكومية إلى أن الغاز الطبيعي يشكل أحد الأعمدة الأساسية في المرحلة الانتقالية نحو الطاقات المتجددة، بالنظر إلى بصمته الكربونية المنخفضة، وقدرته على مواكبة إزالة الكربون من النسيج الصناعي الوطني، مسجلة أن المكتب الوطني للهيدروكربورات والمعادن حقق خلال السنة الماضية نتائج مشجعة، تمثلت في حفر أربع آبار استكشافية (ثلاثة برية وواحدة بحرية)، باستثمارات بلغت مليارا و19 مليون درهم، إضافة إلى تعزيز جهود البحث عن المعادن الإستراتيجية والحرجة اللازمة للتحول الطاقي والرقمي.
