مالية 2022.. الوزير يونس السكوري يكشف عن المشاريع التي ستنخرط فيها الوزارة في قانون المالية والبرنامج الحكومي  

قدم السيد يونس السكوري، وزير الإدماج الاقتصادي والمقاولة الصغرى والتشغيل والكفاءات، اليوم الخميس 4 نونبر الجاري، عرضا أمام اعضاء لجنة القطاعات الاجتماعية بمجلس النواب، حول مشروع الميزانية الفرعية للوزارة برسم السنة المالية 2022، تضمن تشخيصا شاملا لما يخص الإدماج الاقتصادي والتشغيل والكفاءات، مع التحديات المطروحة والمحطات الكبرى المتعلقة بالتشغيل والكفاءات.

وتحدث الوزير، في ذات العرض عن الاَفاق الزمنية للعمل في البرنامج الحكومي 2026، حيث أكد أنه سيتم إحداث 250 ألف فرصة شغل مباشرة من خلال برنامج أوراش عامة مؤقتة كبرى وصغرى، وسيتم إطلاق برنامج “فرصة” لدعم المبادرات الفردية وتمويل المشاريع الصغرى، بالإضافة إلى إعطاء نفس جديد لبرنامج “انطلاقة”، وتنفيذ البرنامج الملكي من أجل إنعاش الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال صندوق محمد السادس للاستثمار، وتشجيع “صنع في المغرب” بإنتاج محلي لما قيمته 34 مليار درهم من الواردات مع إمكانية خلق ما يزيد عن 100 ألف منصب شغل.

أما في ما يخص الاَفاق الزمنية في قانون مالية 2022، فكشف الوزير أنه سيتم إحداث 125 ألف منصب شغل مؤقت في إطار برنامج “أوراش” مع مواكبة 12500 حامل مشروع في إطار برنامج فرصة”، مع توفير التغطية الصحية الإجبارية للمقاول الذاتي وإرساء سياسة للتشغيل متكاملة ومتجددة، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز سياسة القرب عبر فتح فضاءات لتشغيل الشباب وتوسيع جهوية التشغيل ومواصلة تنزيل برامج الإدماج الاقتصادي للشباب.
