مجعيط: تحرير الشرطة الإدارية للملك العمومي بأحياء الناضور تجسيد عملي لدور المجلس الجماعي

شهدت، كل أحياء مدينة الناضور مؤخرا، عمليات تدخل ميداني للشرطة الإدارية التابعة للجماعة الترابية للناضور بإشراف من رئيس الجماعة السيد رفيق مجعيط، وذلك بهدف تحرير الملـــــــك العمومي ومراقبة كذلك الجانب المتعلق بالنظافة بالتزامن مع الإجراءات المواكبة لمحاربة تفشي فيروس كورونا.

وتعززت الشرطة الإدارية للجماعة بعناصر ساهمت في تقوية تدخلها وعمليات المراقبة بشكل أكثر صرامة وفعالية. وقال مجعيط بهذا الخصوص إن تحرير الملك العمومي يساهم في تحسين جمالية المدينة عامة والأحياء بشكل خاص، مضيفا أن التجربة انطلقت بالمدينة في بادئ الأمر لتشمل باقي الأحياء في وقت لاحق، مع التأكيد على دعم التجربة بكل الوسائل المادية والطاقات البشرية.

واعتبر مجعيط، أن الشرطة الإدارية كأحد آليات اشتغال المجلس الجماعي للناضور، لها كامل الصلاحية في في التحقق من مدى مطابقة عمليات البناء والأنشطة التجارية للتراخيص الممنوحة، والسهر على احترام القوانين ذات الصلة بالنظافة، وضبط التصرفات المخلة بالسكينة العامة.
