مجلس إدارة شركة “طريق المعرفة” يصادق على ميزانية 2025/2026 واتفاقيات لتوسيع النقل المدرسي بطنجة- أصيلة

ترأس أمحمد احميدي، أول أمس الأربعاء 10 دجنبر 2025، بمقر مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة، اجتماع مجلس إدارة شركة التنمية الإقليمية “طريق المعرفة” المكلفة بتدبير خدمة النقل المدرسي بالعمالة، وذلك بحضور أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، والذي خصص لدراسة والمصادقة على النقاط الواردة في جدول الأعمال.

وانطلقت الجلسة بالمصادقة على جدول الأعمال، قبل تقديم حصيلة انطلاق الشركة في تدبير النقل المدرسي خلال الموسم الدراسي 2025/2026.

وقدم مدير الشركة، عرضا شمل عدد المستفيدين من الخدمة، مع التأكيد على ارتفاع نسبة الإناث، إضافة إلى معطيات حول الأسطول والسائقين، والوضعية المالية والتدابير التقنية واللوجيستيكية المتخذة لتحسين جودة النقل المدرسي.

كما تطرق العرض إلى أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الشركة لتعزيز خدماتها.

وناقش أعضاء مجلس الإدارة الوضعية المالية للشركة، التي تتسم بارتفاع كلفة الخدمات وحاجيات صيانة وتجديد الأسطول، معتبرين أن الاتفاقيات المزمع إبرامها مع جماعتي اكزناية وأصيلة ستسهم في توسيع التغطية لتشمل بعض المناطق النائية والحد من الهدر المدرسي.

كما قدم الأعضاء مجموعة من المقترحات لتحسين الخدمة، أبرزها ضمان نقل آمن ومريح للتلميذات والتلاميذ.

وفي ختام الاجتماع، صادق مجلس الإدارة بالإجماع على مشروع الميزانية برسم سنة 2025/2026، وعلى الاتفاقيتين المتعلقتين بتدبير النقل المدرسي مع جماعتي اكزناية وأصيلة، إضافة إلى باقي النقاط المدرجة ضمن جدول الأعمال.
