مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مرسوم تحديد قائمة الجامعات والمؤسسات التي تربطها اتفاقية شراكة مع الدولة

صادق مجلس الحكومة المنعقد اليوم الخميس 4 أبريل 2024، برئاسة السيد عزيز أخنوش، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.296 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.15.183 الصادر في 7 شوال 1436 (24 يوليو 2015) بتحديد قائمة الجامعات والمؤسسات التي تربطها اتفاقية شراكة مع الدولة في مجال تطوير التعليم والتكوين والبحث العلمي، قدمه وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار؛ السيد عبد اللطيف ميراوي.

المشروع يأتي إعمالا لمقتضيات القانون الإطار رقم 51.17 المتعلق بمنظومة التربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي، الرامية إلى تعزيز وتنويع الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص من أجل الارتقاء بجاذبية العرض التكويني لمنظومة التعليم العالي وكذا ضمان مسايرتها لمتطلبات الاقتصاد الوطني، والحرص على الإسهام المستمر في تأهيل الرأسمال البشري ببلادنا من خلال استثمار جميع الفرص المتاحة لتمتيع الطالبات والطلاب بعروض تكوينية ذات جودة وقادرة على تحسين قابلية تشغليهم.

مشروع هذا المرسوم يهدف إلى تحديد قائمة الجامعات والمؤسسات التي تربطها اتفاقية شراكة مع الدولة في مجال تطوير التعليم والتكوين والبحث العلمي، وذلك من أجل إضافة مؤسستين تم إحداثهما في إطار الشراكة مع الدولة، ويتعلق الأمر بكل من مدرسة الفنون والمهن مجمع الرباط والمدرسة العليا للهندسة البيوطبية وتقنيات الصحة الخاصة، واستبدال تسميتي “جامعة محمد السادس لعلوم الصحة بالدار البيضاء” و”جامعة محمد السادس متعددة التقنيات ببنكرير”، بتسميتهما الجديدتين التاليتين “جامعة محمد السادس للعلوم والصحة بالدار البيضاء” و”جامعة محمد السادس متعددة التخصصات التقنية”.
