مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشاريع مراسيم تهم مجال العدل

صادق مجلس الحكومة الذي انعقد يوم الجمعة 18 أكتوبر الجاري، عقب انتهاء أشغال المجلس الوزاري، على ثلاثة مشاريع مراسيم تهم مجال العدل.

وذكر بلاغ للوزارة المنتدبة المكلفة بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، أن مشاريع المراسيم التي قدمها وزير العدل، السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي، تتعلق بمشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.485 بسن تدابير متفرقة تتعلق بالقضاة وبالملحقين القضائيين.

كما تتعلق بمشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.955 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.11.473 بتاريخ 15 شوال 1432 (14 سبتمبر 2011) بشأن النظام الأساسي الخاص بهيئة كتابة الضبط؛ وبمشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.956 بشأن التعويض عن الساعات الإضافية لفائدة موظفي هيئة كتابة الضبط.
