مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع مرسوم يهم نظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض

صادق؛ مجلس الحكومة، أمس الخميس 21 مارس الجاري، برئاسة عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.264 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.18.622 بتطبيق القانون رقم 98.15 المتعلق بنظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض والقانون رقم 99.15؛ بإحداث نظام للمعاشات الخاصين بفئات المهنيين والعمال المستقلين والأشخاص غير الأجراء الذين يزاولون نشاطا خاصا.

ويهدف هذا المشروع إلى تغيير وتتميم المادتين 4 و5 من المرسوم رقم 2.18.622 السالف الذكر، وذلك من خلال نسخ وتعويض المادة 4 من أجل إضفاء الطابع الديناميكي على عملية تسليم شهادة انتظام أداء واجبات الاشتراك المستحقة للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، وعدم حصر مدة صلاحيتها في سنة، مع نسخ وتعويض المادة 5 بهدف اعتماد المرونة في طريقة تحقق الهيئات والسلطات الحكومية والجماعات الترابية والمؤسسات العمومية من انتظام المؤمن في أداء الاشتراكات، وذلك عن طريق الموقع الإلكتروني المعد لهذه الغاية، مع الاحتفاظ بإمكانية إدلاء المؤمن للشهادة عند الاقتضاء، بالإضافة إلى إحلال عبارة “السلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالحماية الاجتماعية” محل عبارة “السلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالشغل” في المواد 2 و3 و4 و9 من المرسوم.
