مجلس الحكومة يصادق على 9 مشاريع مراسيم تتعلق بتجديد التراخيص الممنوحة لعدد من الشركات من أجل توفير خدمات الاتصالات عبر الأقمار الصناعية

صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس 15 يناير الجاري، على تسعة مشاريع مراسيم تتعلق بتجديد التراخيص الممنوحة لعدد من الشركات من أجل توفير خدمات الاتصالات عبر الأقمار الصناعية، قدمتها الوزيرة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، أمل الفلاح السغروشني.

ويتعلق الأمر ب :

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.902 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “اتصالات المغرب” لتوفير خدمات الاتصالات عبر الأقمار الصناعية تستعمل تكنولوجيات من نوع VSATبالمملكة المغربية؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.903 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “وانا كوربورايت” لتوفير خدمات الاتصالات عبر الأقمار الصناعية تستعمل تكنولوجيات من نوع VSATبالمملكة المغربية؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.904 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “التهيئة والتنمية الخضراء” لتوفير خدمات الاتصالات عبر الأقمار الصناعية تستعمل تكنولوجيات من نوع VSAT بالمملكة المغربية؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.905 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “Cires Telecom S.A ” لإقامة واستغلال شبكة الاتصالات الراديوية تستعمل تقنيات اقتسام الترددات من نوع 3RP؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.906 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “التهيئة والتنمية الخضراء” لإقامة واستغلال شبكة الاتصالات الراديوية تستعمل تقنيات اقتسام الترددات من نوع 3RP؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.907 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “Orbcomm Maghreb” لإقامة واستغلال شبكة عامة للاتصالات بواسطة الأقمار الصناعية من نوع GMPCS؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.908 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “Thuraya Maghreb S.A” لإقامة واستغلال شبكة عامة للاتصالات بواسطة الأقمار الصناعية من نوع GMPCS؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.1106 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “AL Hourria Telecom ” لإقامة واستغلال شبكة عامة للاتصالات بواسطة الأقمار الصناعية من نوع GMPCS؛

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.1107 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة “Gulfsat Maghreb” لإقامة واستغلال شبكة عامة للاتصالات بواسطة الأقمار الصناعية من نوع VSAT؛

ويأتي تجديد الترخيص الممنوح للشركات المذكورة يأتي بعدما أبدت الوكالة الوطنية لتقنين المواصلات رأيها بالموافقة على الطلب المتعلق بتجديد الترخيص لفترة إضافية، طبقا للمقتضيات التنظيمية الجاري بها العمل في هذا المجال.
