مجلس المستشارين يصادق بالإجماع على مشروع القانون التنظيمي المتعلق بالتعيين في المناصب العليا

صادق مجلس المستشارين، اليوم الثلاثاء 07 فبراير 2023 في جلسة عامة تشريعية، بالإجماع، على مشروع القانون التنظيمي المتعلق بالتعيين في المناصب العليا تطبيقا لأحكام الفصلين 49 و92 من الدستور.

ويهدف مشروع القانون التنظيمي هذا إلى تغيير وتتميم لائحة المؤسسات العمومية المنصوص عليها في القانون المتعلق بالتعيين في المناصب العليا، وذلك من خلال إضافة كل من “المكتب المغربي لحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة” و”المؤسسة المشتركة للنهوض بالأعمال الاجتماعية لفائدة موظفي وأعوان الإدارات العمومية”.

وتستهدف هذه المؤسسة موظفات وموظفي القطاعات التي لا تتوفر على مؤسسة للأعمال الاجتماعية، والبالغ عددهم حوالي 10000 (عشرة آلاف) والمنتمين إلى 12 قطاعا وزاريا.

وترمي إلى تعميم الاستفادة من عدد من الخدمات الاجتماعية المهمة منها: الصحة، السكن، الاصطياف، القروض.

كما ينص مشروع القانون التنظيمي هذا على استبدال تسمية “المجلس العام للتجهيز والنقل واللوجيستيك والماء” بتسمية ” المجلس العام للتجهيز”، وذلك على إثر صدور المرسوم رقم 2.21.1072 الصادر في 19 يناير 2022 بتحديد اختصاصات وتنظيم وزارة التجهيز والماء.
