مجلس جماعة ابن جرير يتجه لاتخاذ قرارات تنظيمية وإدارية هامة في دورة فبراير

يعقد المجلس الجماعي لإبن جرير دورته العادية لشهر فبراير 2025، في جلستين.

هذه الدورة تأتي في سياق خاص، حيق يترأسها عبد اللطيف الوردي الرئيس الجديد للمجلس، ما يجعلها مناسبة لتحديد معالم السياسة المحلية وتوجهات التنمية في المدينة.

وتتضمن الدورة العادية لشهر فبراير العديد من النقاط الهامة التي تخص مختلف المجالات التنموية والاجتماعية في المدينة، مع التركيز على دعم الجمعيات الرياضية والثقافية والعمل على تحسين الوضع المالي والإداري للجماعة.

ومن أبرز النقاط التي سيتم مناقشتها والمصادقة عليها، مشاريع اتفاقيات شراكة مع الجمعيات، برمجة فائض السنة المالية 2024، الموافقة على تخصيص الفائض المالي في مشروعات تنموية تخدم مصلحة الساكنة. اقتناء عقارات، الموافقة على اقتناء بعض البقع الأرضية المخصصة لإقامة مشاريع جديدة، فضلا عن تحديد الثمن المناسب للعقارات وفقاً لتقييم لجنة الخبرة.

والمصادقة على الهوية البصرية الجديدة لجماعة إبن جرير، بما يعكس التطور والنمو الذي تشهده المدينة. وكذلك إلغاء كناش التحملات الخاص بتنظيم استغلال الملك الجماعي العام مؤقتا، المصادقة على قرار تنظيم الاحتلال المؤقت للملك العام أمام المحلات والمقاهي، الموافقة على إعادة برمجة اعتمادات مالية ملغاة لضمان استمرارية المشاريع.
