مجلس جماعة البيضاء يصادق على مشروع ملحق تعديلي لاتفاقية لتنزيل ومواكبة مشاريع التحول الرقمي ونظم المعلوميات

انعقدت، يوم الاثنين 4 مارس الجاري، أشغال دورة استثنائية لمجلس جماعة الدار البيضاء، والتي خصصت لتدارس خمس نقاط ضمن جدول أعمالها، وتمحورت جلها حول ميزانية الجماعة.

وتم تدارس والمصادقة على بيان تنفيذ ميزانية جماعة الدار البيضاء برسم سنة 2023، مع الإشارة إلى أن هذه العملية تمت استنادا إلى المادتين 203 و204 من القانون التنظيمي المتعلق بالجماعات، والذي يتضمن حصر النتيجة العامة للميزانية بجزأيها (التسيير والتجهيز) سواء تعلق الأمر بالمداخل أو المصاريف.

كما تم التصويت على نقطة تتعلق ببرمجة الفائض بعد حصر النتيجة العامة لميزانية الجماعة برسم سنة 2023، مع التأكيد على أن الفائض القابل للبرمجة بلغ 134 مليونا و908 ألفا و859 درهما.

فيما تمحورت النقطة الثالثة حول إلغاء اعتمادات في ميزانية التجهيز برسم سنة 2024، وهمت النقطة الرابعة إعادة برمجة الاعتمادات التي تم إلغاؤها في ميزانية التجهيز برسم سنة 2024.

الدورة تميزت بالمصادقة على مشروع ملحق تعديلي لاتفاقية انتداب بين جماعة الدار البيضاء وشركة التنمية المحلية “الدار البيضاء للخدمات”؛ وذلك من أجل تنزيل ومواكبة مشاريع التحول الرقمي ونظم المعلوميات للجماعة.
