مجلس جماعة المشور القصبة يصادق بالإجماع على نقط جدول أعمال جلسته الأولى لدورته العادية لشهر فبراير

ترأس؛ عبد الرحمان الوفا رئيس مجلس جماعة المشور القصبة (مراكش)، صباح يومه الخميس 02 فيراير 2023، أشغال دورة فبراير العادية للمجلس.

وصادق المجلس على ترتيب العقار “حديقة الزنبوع” التابع للملك الخاص للجماعة ضمن الملك العام للجماعة، بالإضافة إلى العقار “حدائق باب اغلي” التابع للملك قاعة الاجتماعات بمقر الجماعة، وعلى ترتيب العقار للاستعمال الإداري مقر الجماعة التابع للملك الخاص للجماعة ضمن الملك العام للجماعة، والدراسة والموافقة على إخراج العقار الدكان الكائن باب اكناو رقم 01 القصبة التابع للملك العام للجماعة ضمن الملك الخاص للجماعة. بالإضافة الى الدراسة والموافقة على عقد اقتناء عقار لفائدة الجماعة من طرف شركة «MEDZ» والمتعلق بمجموع الملك العقاري المسمى أكدال “A1 الكائن بالمنطقة السياحية أكدال مراكش مساحته 853 متر مربع والمتكون من أرض عارية الكل موضوع الرسم العقاري عدد 04/121.195 مع إلغاء مقرر عدد: 07 بتاريخ 12 فبراير 2019.

كما وافق المجلس على النظام الداخلي للمنتزه الرياضي أكدال بشطريه، والدراسة والموافقة على اتفاقية شراكة لدعم الأنشطة الرياضية للفرق المنضوية تحت لواء عصبة مراكش اسفي لكرة القدم، في إطار كناش التحملات الخاص بالدعم والشراكة مع الجمعيات وهيئات المجتمع المدني، ويتعلق الأمر: بنادي العهد الرياضي المراكشي، نادي المشور القصبة لكرة القدم، نادي حسنية المشور القصبة لكرة القدم النسوية، نادي حسنية المشور القصبة لكرة القدم داخل القاعة؛ نادي اطلس المشور الرياضي المراكشي، نادي أشبال المشور القصبة لكرة القدم المصغرة نادي الجيل الصاعد لكرة القدم داخل القاعة، نادي الوفاء الرياضي المراكشي للكرة الشاطئية.

هذا وتجدر الإشارة إلى إنه سيتم عقد جلسة ثانية من أشغال دورة فبراير العادية للمجلس، والتي ستتطرق للدراسة والموافقة على محاور دعم مشاريع وبرامج جمعيات المجتمع المدني وتحديد القيمة المالية لكل محور، في إطار كناش التحملات الخاص بالدعم والشراكة مع الجمعيات وهيئات المجتمع المدني، والدراسة والموافقة على تحويل بعض فصول ميزانية التسيير 2023، والدراسة والموافقة على برمجة الفائض الحقيقي للسنة المالية 2022، بالإضافة إلى الدراسة والموافقة على برمجة ما تبقى من الفائضين الحقيقيين للسنتين الماليتين 2020 و2021.
