مجلس جماعة بركان يعقد دورته الاستثنائية التاسعة ويصادق على حزمة مقررات تنموية وتنظيمية

عقد مجلس جماعة بركان، يوم الثلاثاء 22 يوليوز 2025، دورته الاستثنائية التاسعة برسم سنة 2025، برئاسة السيد محمد الزاهيري، النائب الأول لرئيس المجلس، وذلك بحضور أعضاء المجلس، وممثلي السلطات المحلية، والأطر الإدارية للجماعة.

وقد خصصت هذه الدورة للتداول والمصادقة على مجموعة من النقاط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال، شملت المصادقة على اتفاقية شراكة وتعاون مع جمعية الكرم للرياضة والتنمية، وإلغاء قرار سابق يقضي بإقالة أحد أعضاء المجلس الجماعي، وكذا المصادقة على مجموعة من المقررات المتعلقة باقتناء عقارات لتوسعة شارع بئر أنزران وتصفيف طريق ورطاس، إلى جانب المصادقة على مشروع اتفاقية إطار للتعاون اللامركزي مع مقاطعة كانيل بجمهورية السنغال، وملحق بروتوكول تعاون لامركزي مع جماعة بوندي الفرنسية، فضلاً عن تعديل القرار التنظيمي الخاص باحتلال الملك العمومي مؤقتاً. كما تقرر إلغاء مقرر سابق يتعلق بعقار في مسار التوسعة نفسها، والمصادقة من جديد على اقتنائه بالتراضي. في المقابل، تم تأجيل النقطة المتعلقة بالمصادقة على القرار التنظيمي النموذجي الخاص بتعيين موظفي وأعوان الشرطة الإدارية، في انتظار استكمال الشروط القانونية والتنظيمية المرتبطة بها.

وقد مرت أشغال هذه الدورة في أجواء من المسؤولية والنقاش البناء بين مختلف مكونات المجلس، تأكيدا على الالتزام الجماعي بخدمة الصالح العام وتعزيز دينامية التنمية المحلية بمدينة بركان.
