مجلس جماعة بني ملال يصادق بالإجماع على نقط جدول أعمال دورته الإستثنائية 

طبقا لمقتضيات المادة 35 من القانون التنظيمي رقم 113/14، عقد مجلس جماعة بني ملال برئاسة أحمد بدرة دورته الاستثنائية، بحضور أعضاء المجلس ورؤساء المصالح.

وصادق المجلس بالإجماع على تجديد عقد التدبير المفوض للمطرح الجماعي للنفايات، وعلى دفتر التحملات الخاص بإيجار المسبح البلدي برسم سنة 2023.

ووافق المجلس على تحويل بعض الاعتمادات من فصل إلى فصل بالميزانية برسم السنة المالية 2023.

كما صادق المجلس على نزع ملكية العقار موضوع الرسم العقاري عــدد:12691/10 البالغ مساحتها 27 هكتار و32 آر، المراد تخصيصــه منتزه ايكولوجي بمدينة بني ملال، وعلى دفتر التحملات الخاص بتفويـــت القطعـة المشيدة عليها الوحدات التجارية بشارع الجيش الملكي.

ووافق على تطبيق مسطرة تخطيط حدود الطرق العامة مع تعييـــن العقارات المراد نزع ملكيتها لإنجاز جزء من الطريق المدارية الرابطة الوطنية رقم 8 والقطب الفلاحي لبني ملال.

إلى ذلك، صادق المجلس بالإجماع على إعادة التداول بشأن اتفاقية شراكة متعلقة بإنجاز دراسة لتحيين مخطط التنقلات الحضرية لمدينة بني ملال “مخطط التنقلات الحضرية المستدامة” بين وزارة الداخلية، ولاية جهة بني ملال خنيفرة وجماعة بني ملال.
