مجلس جماعة تارودانت يصادق على مشروع اتفاق تعاون لامركزي مع مدينة CHAMBÉRY الفرنسية

عقد مجلس جماعة تارودانت يوم الجمعة 02 فبراير الجاري، أشغال الجلسة الفريدة من الدورة العادية لشهر فبراير 2024. 

الجلسة ترأسها محمد أمهرسي النائب الأول لرئيس المجلس الجماعة الترابية لتارودانت، بحضور ممثلة السلطة المحلية، وأعضاء المجلس.

بعد كلمة ترحيبة؛ أعلن أمهرسي عن انطلاق أشغال الجلسة، حيث تمت دراسة ومناقشة وتبادل وجهات النظر بين أعضاء المجلس الحاضرين حول النقط المدرجة.

بعد ذلك انتقل أعضاء المجلس الحاضرين إلى التداول والتصويت حول النقط المدرجة في جدول أعمال هذه الجلسة وذلك على الشكل التالي: 

1- الدراسة والمصادقة بالإجماع على  مشروع برمجة الفائض الحقيقي.

2- الدراسة والمصادقة بالإجماع على مشروع قرار جماعي تنظيمي متعلق بتنظيم رخص الانشطة الاقتصادية غير المنظمة (تجارية، حرفية، صناعية).

3- الدراسة والمصادقة بالإجماع على مشروع قرار جماعي حول تنظيم المقبرة.

4- الدراسة والمصادقة بالإجماع على مشروع اتفاقية توأمة بين الجماعة الترابية لتارودانت وANTONY الفرنسية.

5- الدراسة والمصادقة بالإجماع على مشروع اتفاق تعاون لامركزي بين الجماعة الترابية لتارودانت ومدينة CHAMBÉRY الفرنسية.

6- الدراسة والمصادقة بالإجماع على العرائض والملتمسات المودعة لدى رئيس مجلس جماعة تارودانت من طرف جمعيات المجتمع المدني والهيئات التشاورية.
