مجلس جماعة تازة يعقد غدا الجمعة دورة استثنائية لتدارس والمصادقة على عدد من المشاريع المدرجة بجدول الأعمال

سيعقد؛ مجلس جماعة تازة برئاسة السيد عبد الواحد المسعودي، يوم غد الجمعة 14 يناير 2022 دورة استثنائية، ابتداء من الساعة العاشرة صباحا؛ بقاعة الاجتماعات بمقر جماعة تازة، وذلك من أجل تدارس والمصادقة على مجموعة من المشاريع المدرجة بجدول أعمال الدورة.

وتهم هذه المشاريع تدارس والمصادقة على إقتناء قطعة أرضية مساحتها حوالي 1 هكتار 83 آر و 84 سنتيار، تابعة للرسم العقاري عدد 21/2784في ملكية أحد الخواص بطريق الحسيمة والموافقة على ثمن الإقتناء المحدد من طرف اللجنة الإدارية للتقييم.

وسيتم تدارس والمصادقة على مشروع قرار تخطيط حدود الطريق العامة الجماعية بتعديل جزء من مسار طريق التهيئة رقم 462 قرب مقبرة سيدي عبد الجليل وتعيين العقارات اللازمة لذلك، بالإضافة إلى المصادقة على مشروع مراجعة بعض مقتضيات ضابطة التهيئة لمدينة تازة والمناطق المحيطة بها.

كما ستشهد الدورة تدارس والمصادقة على تحويل بعض اعتمادات ميزانية التجهيز، والمصادقة على مشروع إتفاقية شراكة بين جماعة تازة وجماعة كلدمان من أجل إعداد الدراسة وإنجاز الطريق المداري الذي ينطلق من الطريق الوطنية رقم 6 قبالة سوق الجملة للسمك إلى غاية سويقة السعادة.

وأخيرا؛ سيتم تدارس والمصادقة على اكتراء بناية من طرف الجماعة لغرض إداري.
